Well FIRST thing is remove the valve cover. Next try very easy to turn the motor over. If it resist and is stuck you have several places to go. Some small doors on the side of the block can be removed to see what it looks like in some of the cylinders, water, rust ect. You can remove the cover where air goes into the blower spray something in there like pb blaster ect. So much aluminum in there you have to go very easy. Getting it unstuck without pulling the head is the key. Once you get it where it will turn 180 degrees THEN you worry about the freeing up of the rack. Small light hammer and a screw driver is your friend. After you have soaked the gear on the injector very light tap on each one till you get it moving. I have freed up some that have been setting for long periods but takes time.
