From humble beginnings Rusty. Folks that homesteaded had to be tough, but life was just dam tough in general still at the turn of the 20th century for many many folks. People today would scream like their heads were going to pop off if they had to live as your grand parents. My grandfather also homesteaded land in Sask. Everyone was in the same boat back then , not much to looses and ever thing to gain, thanks for sharing.
