A small town north of me had those cameras installed,,after a few months the local people had a Revolt,,raised all kinds of noise,,ended up getting the mayor fired and the cameras gone. The way they work is a company leases the cameras to a town or city, they processes all the paper work and deal with the maintenance of the cameras then they receive a large portion of the fines,, the town gets a small amount of cash with no investment,,so the more the camera people can fine the more they make,,it is a real racket..
