Semper fi,.,.May They all Rest in Peace.my dad thankfully missed that bloodfest sitting in the hospital in honolulu /////yesterday ,We laid to rest a Farmer, who at age 18, landed on Normandy beach ,went on across Belgium , and survived the Battle of the Bulge, damnearfrozeto death and got shot in the leg and got out of that durn place . i recall hi m saying that with a chukle , ,The rains parted long enough for the Hearse to stop at his Farm ,We transferred his amish casket to a farm wagon and his Favorite JD 620 with loader , and bale spear , fresh and dirty from feeding the cows just a hour before ,That Ol DEAR JOHN , stated a proud preach as it run in hi gear past all the respectful neighbors as we went to the cemetary the last 5 miles ,.. it was a mighty GOD Bless .Thank You , You OLD Soldiers ,, You Built a Great Nation for us ,Please know i am doing my part to Keep it up,.JUST AS YOU TAUGHT US
