I feel for you. I think I am all set with me owning the family farm. All 56 acres that are left anyway. But I still am worried about what will happen when my mom passes on. I have to wait till mom passes before I can buy out the trust, so its a waiting game. I also am worried about siblings getting into a price issue. As of today the price was set by my dad before he passed in 2011, but if some one objects, it messes everything up. I'm of the feeling that if it gets messed up, I'm moving far way and I won't be back for holidays. For the last ten years I have hosted, Xmas, thanksgiving, Easter, class reunions and family reunions. In August I'm be hosting the class of 68 reunion, and its my older brother class. I'm the class of 72.

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
