i havent been around the 3220 but i believe that it is a newer version of the 74,84,85 and 95 series IH tractors which are good little tractors. now as for if a 2250 loader fitting im going to say yes and no . since the 3220 is just a newer version the mounting holes in the frame should be the same. however there are some differences that affect mounting the loader. first the 2250 loaders on a 4 wheel drive tractor the front tires hit the boom cylinders on the loader so if you have a 2 wheel drive this wont be an issue . next the 74,84 and 85 series tractors had flat grills the 95 series and newer tractors had pointed grills so brackets have to be welded on to move the loader forward to miss the grill. next most of the bigger tractors had 4 cylinder engines and the 3220 has a 3 cylinder engine so you will have to get out the tape measure to check the spacing of the mounting holes. lastly you should have the later style heavy duty mounting brackets . IH had trouble with those loaders breaking engine blocks with the early style brackets . the later brackets tied the front axle to the transmission to solve that problem. so what im thinking is you will have to be careful with that tractor the loader might be a little big. just my opinion
