That must be a city worker. L.O.L. I use to work for a school district that we had people doing maintained work on the schools. I had one guy one day show up towing a big mower to cut our yard with no tie downs on it at all. I looked at him and yield did any body tell you at the yard you should tie this down. I soon found out it was his first day on the job did not know nothing about tying any thing down. so I gave him a lesson and went to my truck pulled out some old tie downs and tired it down then sent him back to the yard after he did his job. Some times we need to educate those who do not know. Nice picture. He might not know what a tie down is.
