Why not start at the beginning before you start throwing money at it. I would begin by measuring ride height. If springs are sagging, this will determine it. Most vehicles with struts do not have a lot of camber adjustment. Too much camber in either direction will cause uneven tire wear. Negative camber will wear the inside edge while positive camber will wear the outside edge. The folks that designed the vehicle took into consideration the handling characteristics of eth vehicle with various settings of toe-in/toe-out, camber, caster, and steering axis inclination as well as toe-out on turns. This was all figured out before the vehicle was even built, and tested before it went into full production. Once it is in spec, everything should be good.
