Thanks for the concern. The last person to answer the post is an attorney and has been working with me as much as he can. I know it is going to happen, just trying to follow up on how to procede. Did not know if I needed to file bankruptcy or not before it happened and told I do not have to file so that isone big think I do not have to worry about. So I think I can save my small tools and keep at friends place, If had to file the bankruptcy then they would have been gone. Told to start looking for rent asisted place so started that today. Hurts when you loose what grandparents got close to 200 years ago. And I worked hard all my life.
