You guys have got it really bad as guys have been paying huge money for the privilege of chopping forage and spreading manure for cows. I do not know what the assessors will do when these dairy empires come crashing back to earth. Values in my area run behind yours but that has to be put in context of productivity where we farm a lot of marginal land and quite a bit of it Midwesterner's would not even look at if it were in their own backyards .
