Your best for a small tractor with narrow front is a John Deere 40 weith 34" wheels as it does not have the drop axle as the only 2 others to fit the small narrow front with factory 3 point hitch are the very scarce Massey Harris mustang, Don't know about the Colt, Don't think a 22 would have had that hitch and the Moline BF and most of them did not have the 3 point hitch option. A 70?-90? ford is not a small tractor. As neither is a AC D14 and they did not have the factory 3 point, only the snap coupler. None of the other companys made one to fit what you are wanting. An Allis CA fits except it only had the snap coupler but you can get an aftermarket hitch for it. IH and Oliver never had one that small. Case VAC might fit the bill but it was not a true 3 point hitch and don't know if 28" wheels or only 34".
