Seems like many folks advocate for doing just about nothing, or there is this thought that selling more guns will reduce gun violence. Some people say this is a recent breakdown in society associated with a lack of faith, moral discipline or one parent families. But we still idolize Billy the kid, Bonnie and Clyde, watch Matt Dillon on tv. Are we pretending America had always been some sort of highly moral country that has recently suffered some psychological catastrophe. Well maybe we have, and most of it related to profit motive. Mexico sure is wrought with gun violence. Where are those guns manufactured? And why would we think that about 2000 years of a faith that has pretty much led us to this place is the answer to the issues of a modern world. Doing the same thing over and over just may get the same results over and over.
