Question 1: how many " well regulated Militia" meetings and training sessions do you attend each year? I have owned guns for 65 years and never been to a meeting.
Question 2: is a bazooka, a rocket launcher or a land mine considered an "arm"?
Question 3: who does the regulating? Old elected leader or new insurgents?
Seriously, beyond "my right to own a gun" how many citizens have ever thought about these questions? maybe 10%?
