Bret4207, The process in place for mental health and those whose mental and health in general is almost non existent. I know of several family's where they have tried to have their children kept for treatment and therapy related to drugs. For one the police know there is a problem and when they are called not just one car comes in to get him. The last time it was 4 or 5 so I was told. They keep him from 3 to 5 days and put him back on the street. Meth has so screwed his mind up he thinks people are living in his car watching him. Thinks some one has bugged his cars. His Dad begged them to keep him and the hospital said they could only stablize him and turn him loose. The family knows he will kill some one before it is over. He has been very violent with both his parents as well as others. His Dad went so far as to turn him in for some things he had done. No real follow up after he was released from county and back on the drugs within a couple weeks. Some can never be helped but it seems as though we as a society are not willing to try. The money we send to country's that hate us would be better spent right here to help the one's here that can be helped.
