Agree, if the truck was on the lot and a starting problem they should have fixed, regarding the AC, well they should have disclosed the air was not working, but, whomever is looking at it should have looked it over, that would tell me a lot about the dealer. If a someone is trying to sell me something like this, I love to catch them at it. I have sold all my life, and being honest with the customer only built a relationship that would a lot of the times bring them back to the dealership.
One thing your son did learn, is a valuable lesson. I try to buy locally, sure I pay more at times, but I want my local dealer there to service me and not do what happen to your son. BUY LOCALLY IF YOU CAN.
