Randy: It doesn't matter if the chemicals you use are safe or not. What matters is what the buying public thinks. And the buying public doesn't trust the chemical companies. Seems like more and more each day think those chemicals are dangerous. Even after the chemical companies have spent millions in ads trying to convince they it's safe. Posting sarcastic comments on here isn't fixing the problem. Trying to win an argument with ridicule seldom works. Facts, provable facts, are the way to win an argument.
The buying public doesn't trust most farmers either. First place they don't know you. And what they see is you (farmers in general) on the news crying about money. They are use to any business that gets into money trouble to lie, cheat and steal to make a profit. So no, they are not going to trust you or the chemical companies to produce a safe product. Don't try to convince us. You have been trying to do that for years and have failed. TF hasn't changed his views one little bit now has he? You and the other farmers need to be out there convincing the Walmart shopper that organic/free range/grass fed is just a waste of money. Because that ever growing demand for that stuff is only going to reduce demand for your product and cut further into your profits.
