Randy I sell the majority of my stuff at auctions anymore. As-is and take a check home.
I still have a good number of customers that will tell me what they are looking for. I will buy a good many things and pretty much have it presold.
I ran a fellow off here a few months ago. I had a JD 3020 diesel that was supper nice. Late model console controls. Nice original paint, ROPS/JD canopy and good rubber. I was wanting $12,500 for it. I had not even advertised it any yet. Some how a fellow from Cedar Rapids heard about it and called me up wanting to look at it. Insistent that I drop everything one day and wait around for him to come out an look at it. HE came out with a very citified wife. She looked at every step in the barn yard. LOL He drove the tractor around and liked it. His wife called him over and they whispered back and forth for a while. He came over and offered me $5500. What the HECK!!!!!! SHE got all bent out of shape when I told them to both leave right then. She started in yelling at me that I did not know how to "deal" on stuff. I just grinned at her and told her to look in the shed we where standing in. That day there were over twenty tractors in that shed. The JD 3020 was the cheapest one in there. I then told her I own these and you two do not even own the pickup you drove here in. (He had bragged how leasing was so great earlier) She really was steamed then. LOL
So I rarely even advertise anything anymore. My BS filter is way past full so I can't handle any BS anymore. LOL
I called the fellow I really had in mind for the tractor. He came over and drove it. Handed me a cashiers check for the full amount. I teased him about that. He came back with the statement that he KNEW the tractor would be want he had driven all over looking for. He drove the tractor home. End of deal. Those are the ones I like.

I've already drilled the center of the bolt out with about 7/64" drill bit the entire length of the bolt. Only one end of the bolt is visible. I tried to use an easy out but it wasn't budging and I didn't want t
