: : : I'm trying to get the rear tyre off the rim on my Ferguson TEF 20. Any sensible tips on how to break the bead or seal? Thanks : I use a splitting wedge If you have one a tire maul is the way to go. Poor gasoline around the bead and it will break right down. The driving over with a truck is a goodway if the tire in not to old and stuck, old Agri tread can split out in a heart beat. Have done that method with car tires but like I said you can split a tractor tire, unless it is new. Tire maul will run you about $30.00 but is a very good investment.
