IMHO, if the engine is in good shape it could make a pretty decent yard/mower tractor if you pull off the loader and drain the ballast out of the rear tires. As a loader tractor it might be too small and long in the tooth by now. In the early 1970's an uncle traded one off a 350 with an IH pipe loader that was well used back then already, every lever, pedal and pivot wiggled, it was pretty much worn out. I hate to think what it could be like 45 years later.
Non running, needing rear tires and needing rewiring I'd consider it's only worth salvage value, maybe $400 for the tractor alone and maybe $250 for the loader if it's not too beat up. About half what he is asking. The loader might be hard to sell alone as there are not many 300, 350's left. Would the loader fit a 460 or 656 utility?
