On our tractors that plug was used to power the scale on the feed grinder mixer and feeder wagon but originally was used for a warning light on an implement it was a common plug in the 50's and 60's before the now standard 7 pin Plug I know Steiner has them part number ABC395 and the matching plug is ABC1868 this site may have them and I'm sure other places do too.
