As previously stated the 11.2X38 is going to leave the B looking weird by squatting low in the rear with the front end higher. Plus there is the other issue of always driving uphill which uses more power and fuel.
The largest factory 38" tire on a B was the 11-38 which is now the 12.4X38. A 13.6X38 on an 11" wide rim is not a particularly tacky thing to do and they work well although 12" rims are ideal.
Just out of curiosity, what width of rims is on hand ?
11.2X38 are 57" high and 172" circumference.
12.4X38 are 59" high and 178" circumference. 1" height gain.
13.6X38 are 61.5" high and 184" circumference. 2-1/4" height gain.
