I have been hauling cattle the last few months. Got cocky and ended up stuck in the middle of the blizzard on Friday. Got into a white out, and had a deputy sheriff leading me through it. He ran off and left me, and I ended up driving onto the shoulder of the road. Stopped as soon as I felt the shoulder, but was stuck anyway. Wrecker came by and wanted $750 to pull me 50 feet. I wouldn't let him hook up as I thought we had a tractor coming from a feedlot 3 miles away. Long story, but eventually the wrecker hooked up and promptly broke his cable. Wasn't smart enough to use his winch. Anyway the tractor finally made it, and pulled 8 of us out. We spent Friday night and all day Saturday in the sweet little town of Akron Colorado. About 5 Saturday evening, I ended up going around the roadblock and drove on dry roads the 220 miles back home.
