Steering problems and a front end loader?????

Hi, I have a Satoh (Bull) S630D with a front end loader. It has a two piece steering shaft. The problem is that the bottom bearing keeps being ground into pieces. It is a ball screw steering box and no power steering. If you have any ideas...please post them. Thanks a bunch!
