Going to try to convince my other half to do the meet and greet next year... AND sit down for lunch. We're getting to the age where sitting down for a 30-40 minutes would be a good thing. LOL!
Sheeesh, we hit the ground running and only stopped for about a 7-minute lunch (so about 5 hours of SPEED-WALKING). Started in the low ground at the east and worked our way up-top. It's terrible when he's on a mission to find specific items. I finally told hiM, "Ya know, you're stealing our fun from us... we like to actually look at stuff. Maybe you should go find a hauler for the mower deck you bought and take it to the truck - so we (daughter and I), can go at a slower pace and actually LOOK at stuff... rather than just "jogging" past because they don't happen to have the large items you are looking for."
I'm buying him a darn cell phone before next year - so if he wants to run through the entire swap grounds like and Indy 500 driver - he can... and I can go at an enjoyable pace.
