I come from Australia and travelled up tp Port McNeal lots of years ago to visit a friend who was working there. My wife and I saw the burl it did not have the shelter over it then. Went whale watching on the inside passage and saw killer wales which was awesome. I lost a John Deere cap over the side of the boat and when they told me how deep the water was thought won't be getting that back. I couldn't believe how much timber was grown around BC. We drove everywhere and being on the other side of the road was an experience for me, also went across to Tofino. The Canadian people were so friendly and easy going. Great memories thanks for sharing Matt.
