I have a 1952 Ferguson TO-30 that I bought almost 15 years ago. It has been sitting probably 8 years. It ran okay, some carb issues, but one day the clutch pedal went to the floor and stayed there. I got another tractor years later and haven't touched the Ferg. I paid $2,500 when everything was working. I got a quote for clutch fix and it was $1,300 at a shop. I don't want the tractor anymore but am unsure what I should do. 1) Clean carb, get it started, so I can show it runs. Sell as is with needing clutch. 2) Clean carb, get it started, so I can show it runs. Sell as is with needing clutch, and paint the hood (I have some Ag paint laying around) 3) Do nothing, sell as non-starting, needing clutch.
