Ramjack showed up today dug 4 holes 4ft deep ran these big screws 15ft in the ground.
The engineer specked how far they should go 1100 lbs of pressure to run them in the ground the crew leader ran them till they just about would not turn 2000 lbs he said that would grantee he would not be back for a re-do. All but one ran out at 15ft one got tight at about 13 ft.
Hole in carport I did not know it had been poured 3 times I thought 2 first rod ready to set.

Running the screws in,
Once the screws are set they put a jig on the top and use bottle jacks to jack it the foundation. Nuttin to it they jacked it up EZ as pie...
Once the house is leveled back up the jig is anchored down jack removed.
Crew leader ask have I parked anything heavy under the carport I said yes my new to me diesel pick'em up... He said the weight of the concrete got it about a 11/12" slab and DAT truck. NO issues were seen with wash out are water what I suspected... They worked like they were fighting fire never skipped a beat no one leaned on a shovel in and out in 5 1/2 hr not including a lunch break and no cell phone calls taken... I stil have a crack in the brick work tho :( will have to fill it in...
