2K12B is the unit number, a date code, which Bob has already decoded. E7OE7 doesn't match anything I can find. Double check that one, as a 4000 model number could start with an E (or a 4). 124953 might be your serial number, but it should be preceded by an A, B, or C. That will tell which factory it came from - A = Antwerp, Belgium, B = Basildon, England, C = U.S. built. I would suspect it has an A or B serial number, as 124953 falls in the 1966 range of U.S. serial numbers.
