There was a big one in a side hill across the road when I was younger. Dad said my uncle was almost obsessed with getting that thing out back when Grandpa lived here. He'd go down there and dig around it with a shovel,tried to pull it out with the horses and the Oliver 70 with no success. I guess I was about 16 when he came with the bulldozer and finally got it out. There were big divots all the way up across the field where he'd push it until it dug in enough to flip,then he'd push some more. He got the semi with the low boy down in the ditch and pushed it on there. He had developed some lakefront on the south edge of town,so he took it down there and stood it up,then painted LUND on it. After he sold that property he took it home and as far as I know it's still in the yard of that house.
