I thought I would post a pic of what I use to remove broken taps,, I have broken two or three and used them on and at least another five for friends who broke theirs,, a Very simple thing to do with these, takes about 30 seconds to remove one as long as no one has tried to remove them with a punch,, and YES I still got the broken part out for them too lol I seen some guys said they do not work,, well I am at a 100% success rate so I have to say they work Very well for me,, if they do not for you ok I do seem to be able to do many jobs with ease others struggle with so I guess it all works out and why my friends and customers call when something tough comes up lol the one in the shots I broke using a 3/8" drive air ratchet to thread a seat in a hyd control valve still in the tractor and was the only way to get access to the seat without removing the valve,, I got in a hurry and put things in a bind and snapped off the 3/8" pipe tap, 30 seconds later I had the broken tap out easy job cnt
