That is the only clutch for your pto since you have live pto. On thing I do when I have one split I drill a extra weep hole (see picture below), and put a cotter pin in it like the other weep hole has. This is from my 2135 Industrial, the weep hole that would be below where the throw out bearing is got clogged up making the bell housing hold oil. Now I also drill another weep hole in to the plate that's on the bottom of the bell housing.
