Years ago a neighbor had an '80 Dodge passenger van that had an annoying "jingling" sound from the back area. Ended up being a handful of those decorative chrome sheet metal screws/washers that held vinyl-covered paneling in place. They were in a little pile behind one of the panels. I guess the coffee whistle blew and he had a handful of them and he didn't want to miss a minute of his break time.
