Thanks Rick. JCB in Michigan is like Cat, one business entity with multiple stores. I've had to deal with them as the same parent company is the Deere Industrial dealer for Michigan as well for parts for the 310A. The counter people treat you like they are doing you a special favor by even talking to you (maybe just me as I'm not a BTO). But I figured I'd be buying a used unit and could buy most wear parts from the aftermarket.
