Here in SJ a doozie of a system went through Tuesday afternoon. Fourty to 45+ winds and I was out mowing the lane in it. WOW WOW was it blowing. The discharge from the deck shot out and them blew right back at me. Like being on the discharge chute of a silage blower. Couple of pictures. One shows the front approaching and another a bit later of boiling clouds. Thank goodness there was no rotation but there were some tints of green and a tiny bit of purple. Look at the middle picture. Was very surprised I could capture it with a Samsung smart phone. Cool. It will rain on and off till SUNDAY morning. The weather was like this till around four thirty. First picture and then it got a bit dark folks. Weather channel stuff.
