John I guess that the jury has to stay out on the Stirring the pot issue, but so far as the four tie downs, you can see yourself that you did not specify over 10,000 lbs in your post, and we were talking cub cadet and 8N, which we all know are waaaay under 10,000. Also John if you go back over DOT threads you will see that I am never ever one who tells what he got away with. What I do is pretty much the opposite and I have actually cut and pasted FMCSA regs to make my point, but that is obviously not needed here.
