Exercise is extremely important as we all know. The problem that many of us have however is that we are of the mistaken opinion that just because we are active and do a lot during the day that we don't need exercise. I have found that my upper body does pretty well except for one shoulder that did not recover properly from surgery, so I do exercises for it daily and it keeps the pain away. I found that I had trouble squatting very low so I do 10-12 deep squats every day. I have pretty bad arthritis in various places but it bothers the worst is in my lower back, so I have a set of exercises that I do twice a week for that. The most important one I think, is standing on one foot, each one, for 30 seconds daily. When you are over 65 every time that you see a medical person they ask you if you have fallen. this exercise makes the difference. So now go ahead and tell how active you are and why you don't need exercise.

Now my grandfather had had this mule since the mid 40's and he was getting some age on him. S
