Any model old Cub Cadets are well built, and quality machines. The model 147 is the last of the narrow frames but that is not all bad since it has quick attach for your mower, blade, or snow blower. If you need any information, parts book, please advise. Your local Cub Cadet dealer should have any parts you need. Good luck, Bill : I recently acquired a model 147 Cub Cadet and want to restore it. It came with a rear mounted roto-tiller but no cutting deck and if possible would like to get one for it. I have ordered a service manual for it from Y/T. I am wondering if anyone would have any history or information on this model - good or bad. : Thanks, Hoot
