David he would have ran 2 tanks out plus the fuel I had in the tractor. He just did not care about my side of the deal. As for collecting anything from him??? Maybe not but I have along memory. This fellow will not pay dealership rates for repairs. HE will be needing to get some thing repaired. We then will have a decision about what he owes. LOL He usually runs a rock or two through his forage chopper each year. So when he has acres of hay down on a weekend and need the chopper fixed, I think I will have a pretty good shot at getting my tractor rent. LOL
