Ford 4500 Backhoe and Loader

I am looking at buying a ford 4500 tractor with a
Perking 3 cyl diesel engine. It has 3/4 yard backhoe and what looks like abt a 1 1/2 yard front
end loader.. This is just for hobby farm work..
It looks pretty beat ( engine hour meter says only
2400 hours though} and all hydraulics seem to work
including the support outriggers.. All tires, andhad to be replaced, two different sizes on the back and car tires on the front.... new battery and some new glass... Anyway does anybody have any experiance with this tractor?? I just intend to use it to mess arount the place with not commercial work.. I have no idea of the year but it looks real old...Thanks
