An 826 is similar to an 856 or 806 for wiring except for the glow plugs if it is a diesel. They are a very basic harness You coule even just wire it to charge and run then finish the rest next winter or during an off season. After 40-50 years of deterioration most of those old wiring harnesses are about shot on those IH tractors anyway. IH used some really poor grade material in their insulation. We have enough models and ages to prove it too.
