Oops has the right idea. Use the Benadryl, and Flonase, and wear a mask, but the most important thing is to rinse your sinuses out after you have finished a dusty period of work. Netty pot will do it but it takes too long. Pick up 4.5 ounce bottles of saline at any drug or grocery store and breath a spray or two into each nostril 2X a day. It changed my life.
