I've had problems with "champs"to. My sugestion is use a hot AC or Auto lite .Plug wires with real wire ( the modern ones WILL NOT work!) ,burn high octane gas ,stay away from lead substitutes . I,ve learned the hard way, the combination above works well for me.
: I have a 1950 John Deere model B and I think it is time to change the plugs. Why you ask, well, I think they are the origionals. If you own a museum, I would be happy to donate :) But anyways, my owners mannuel says to get a AC88L Champion. . Champion changed their numbers 5 years ago, so anyone have an idea? thanks, austin
