Yes kinda sad, but also gratifying that they've got the self confidence and desire. My oldest left for something similar in 2010 to strengthen her ability in this country's second language. She thought that if her grandmother could do it, then it shouldn't be that hard, being as times were much different (easier) now. There were some tough moments, but she stuck it through. Boyfriend went over to visit his parents birth country. They both found good jobs in that country, she based on her work experience in the first country. Now they usually come home once a year with their 3 kids. Not this yr though, since she's expecting her 4th, so I'll make the trip. It was just supposed to be for a few years. Now the oldest starts public school and they bought property! Guess maybe my grandparents felt the same!

Today's Featured Article - Restoration Story: Fordson Major - by Anthony West. George bought his Fordson Major from a an implement sale about 18 years ago for £200.00 (UK). There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
