look at any Hybrid Toyota or Ford from the last 15 years, they have a starter generator connected directly to the engine at the transaxle. Right at 60-100 hp and start the engine instantly at any temp. The 2019 Dodge mild hybrid pickups use a belt drive starter generator driven with a cog belt, available in V6 and V8, although they still have a conventional starter for use in very cold temps. A 48 volt system on the 19 Dodge / Ram.
