OK . I will be the outsider here. Being 75 years old and in farm tractor/construction equipment dealer for many years. Here is what I see. Forty year old CC you will find someone who tells you he will restore it for say maybe $ 2,500. New pain job rebuild the engine , put on new tires ect. You take it home have a couple of say 60 dollar breakdowns, (bearing goes out or something) then something a little more costly and you decide OK I give up going to go new. You show up at the dealership with your 40 year old cc. We settle on what the new unit will cost you then you ask about the trade. Dealer tells you $ 500.00 you almost choke and say but I have three thousand in it has to be worth more. After the room quiets you either go home mad or the dealer get is and pull it around back to ever never land. Not much demand of 4o year old units. Been there done that many times in the last years. Good luck what ever you decide.

No. I am just happy to have their friendship. At least the word "farmer" is in my title. But what is the attraction? How can I explain the sensation and exhilaration I feel when I turn the key and hear the engine come to life (most
