The water pump went out on my Perkins powered skid loader.
I ordered and new pump from a place in Indianapolis, In. so I could have it in 2 days. On Line purchase.
I got it in 2 days but it had a return label for City of Industry, Ca.
I know it didn't come from there, 5 days is the quickest I've ever got stuff from Ca.
After installing it the pump was so noisy you could hear it buzzing over to sound of that Perkins diesel. This pump is driven by the injection pump gear inside the timing gear case.
After removing the pump and inspecting it the drive gear has some very rough machining groves in it, afraid this could damage the injection pump gear I notified them that I wanted to return the pump.
I received conformation this morning to return the pump.
To Hengzohou City, China!
What the H---, I ordered it from Indianapolis.
Haven't found out what it's going to cost to sent it to China, probably a big portion of what I gave for it.
