Today I baled 1152 small square bales of straw in six hours and a few minutes. Using a 50 year old John Deere 24t bales with a thrower and pulled it with my son's 1972 2520 diesel. Another 1000 tomorrow and then 20+ acres to round bale. Everything went good except for a few busted bales from bad twine. This old man will sleep good tonight as we unloaded 700 of them tonight. Beautiful weather with very low humidity and a light breeze. Today is the kind of day that helps make up for the bad ones. Will try for some pics tomorrow. Tom
