Just be sure to calculate what rpm you need to run the tractor at....newer tractors with the economy pto do basically the same thing internally, but have rev limiters for safety reason. Make sure your pto shaft doesn't bind with the added length. I assume the baler has shear bolts or a slip clutch to guard against over loading....
