There is a tractor salvage yard one town west of Eunice. Something Klump Might try them. A google search should bring up the full name and address.
There is a implement dealer just east of Kings Truck stop in Port Barre. He has old tractors out on the highway for sale all the time. He most likely does not have any used tires but may be able to point you in the right direction.
