Go ahead and run it up to temperature and retorque it.
When retorqing, back each bolt out just enough to feel the bolt turn, then take it back to recommended torque, don't exceed. If you can get the leaks to slow to a manageable amount, they may seal with a few more temp cycles, worth a try if all else seals. Watch for oil in the coolant, coolant in the oil.
Other causes could be warped head, improperly cleaned surfaces, rusted threads in the block. Head bolt threaded holes should be chased with a tap, bolt threads wire brushed, but never chased with a die.
Does that engine have sleeves? Some sleeves just sit in the block, if any rode up with the head off, they may have gotten trash under the seat and are now standing too tall. That will hold the outer edges of the head up, hold the head sealing surface up off the adjoining cylinders. Not sure if this applies to your engine.
